We have called a Special General Meeting of the Westgate Ursuline Alumni Association on Thursday 30th January 2025 commencing at 19.30 GMT. The Main purpose of the meeting will be to elect President(s), Officers and a new committee to serve until the next General Meeting in 2027. The meeting will also receive a report from the Executive Officers since our relaunch in 2023, together with a financial report. The Officers also hope to set out plans for the year ahead for the General Meeting to approve.
We realise that many of our Alumni live in different parts of the world, so have decided that the meeting should be held online to allow as many alumni as possible to participate, whichever part of the Globe you live.
Paid up members will be eligible to nominate, stand for office and vote. Non-members who were at the Ursuline Convent School, St Augustine’s College or Ursuline College may attend and participate too as observers. We encourage all alumni to join, and details are at the bottom of this email.
Please note: Any person who has been to school either as a pupil or a member of staff at the Ursuline College, Ursuline Convent School or St Augustine’s College and Abbey School are eligible to join. The more members we have, the more we can organise events and support today’s generation of students at the school.
